the data is not displayed

Recently i added a new vcenter, but the data are not displayed. the same problem happens also for a new added storage.
lpar2rrd appliance version 2.41 updated to 6.11
stor2rrd same above VM appliance updated  to version 2.61

For exisisting objects everything is ok, what can i check?

the new vCenter <name> behaves somehow different from the others.

Is origin of this vCenter some how different from the others?

Can you see performace data for ESXis inside vSphere for this vCenter?

thanks for support, the problem was as you indicated the statistics disable on vcenter side (our mistake).
