Dell EMC Unity 450F connection test fails

When trying to set up the Dell EMC Unity 450F, the following connection test error appears:

Connection test

Wed Sep 25 21:22:50 2024: died in SIG ALRM at /home/xormon/xormon-ng/server-nest/microservices/unity/Cmd.pm line 153.

XorMon NG appears to monitor the device, however it only seems to monitor the block pools and not the file pools.

Any help would be great.

UI --> settings --> Logs --> support logs:

follow the form Send us generated file via https://upload.xormon.com/
