AMS issue

STOR2RRD cannot get some Hitachi AMS boxes capacity and performance counters (see image attached). There are zeros in all tables and graphs. Just config and health info is OK.
The only difference I noticed is those 'bad' boxes have no DP pools and the 'good' one has a couple of pools.
What is the problem? Can I fix it?

    Both AMS2500 have not capacity values but have performance values/graphs.
    First AMS2300 has nothing.

    Hi,

    can you send us logs? We will have a lok and then will see what we need.
    We have tested it with AMS without DP pool but could be that you have another firmware which does not provide data as we expect.

    cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
    find data -exec ls -ld {} \; > tmp/list_data.txt
    ps -ef |egrep "2rrd|svc|xiv|ds8|ds5|hus" >> tmp/list_data.txt
    tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt # do not miss "h" option in tar
    gzip -9 logs.tar

    It has been fixed. It could happen when AMS RGs are fully allocated.
    It will be included into next releases and fixes. (1.24+)
