Data Domain SSH authorization

Hi,
I have configured Data Domain in stor2rrd tool but once I do the connection test it shows the following error:

SSH authorization: NOK
Under user: lpar2rrd
ssh -o ConnectTimeout=80 -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o PreferredAuthentications=publickey -o SendEnv=no lpar2rrd@x.x.x.x  "system show version"
Data Domain OS
Permission denied (publickey,password,keyboard-interactive).

Kindly advise...

this must work without password:

ssh lpar2rrd@x.x.x.x  "system show version"

the previous error disappeared, currently i am facing the following:

SSH data test: NOK
Under user: lpar2rrd
ssh command failed: "ssh -o ConnectTimeout=80 -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no -o PreferredAuthentications=publickey -o SendEnv=no lpar2rrd@x.x.x.x  system show stats view nfs cifs repl ddboost net interval 5 count 1"
Data Domain OS
****Invalid argument: "ddboost". Valid strings are: nfs, cifs, repl, net, iostat, sysstat.

Kindly advise...

Hi

what is your DD firmware? It looks like something older, this is what is stated in our docu:

DataDomain firmware versions 5.5+ and 6.x are supported.
DataDomain firmware versions 7.x+ is supported from STOR2RRD v2.70.

it's 5.4.2.1
is it supported with STOR2RRD V2.61?

no, 5.5+ is supported only

5.4 firmware API does not provide all required data we need
