Hi,

1. can you run that wbemcli command from command line, just replace XXXX by your password

2. assure that passowrd does not contain special character like *$#@ etc

3. what role has stor2rrd user? monitor? Can you try switch to standard role (new firmwares require that)

1) I am a beginner in Linux and I don't know how to install the sblim-wbemcli.x86_64 package. I downloaded it and uploaded it to the virtual machine but I don't know how to follow:
2) The pass has complex characters.
3) Already probe giving administrator permissions.

shell special characters will not work in password, assure there is no &*#@$[]{}"'|\ at least
