SAN Switch SNMP3 problem

Hi,

I have a question about connecting to SAN Switches via SNMP3. If I want to connect to two different SAN Switches with two sets of SNMP3 parameters such as security name, auth password and ..., it seems that only the first set would be passed to both switches. Am I right?

Hi,

yes you are right. But in the latest release stor2rrd-2.61 you can configure different snmpv3 parameters for each SAN switch. There is a change in device configuration. san-list.cfg is no longer used. Storage, SAN and LAN device access management is done through the UI only.
