Cisco switches port details are missing.

Hi,

Cisco switches port details are missing.

From GUI:

"Could not find SANPORT ID for <SW-NAME>:SANPORT:port16777216 in neither in etc/alias.cfg /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/detail-graph-cgi.pl:736"

From /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/logs/error.log (Same error on all SW ports - we have 6 CISCO switches with same same issue).

"Mon Jul 15 00:33:01 2019: Could not find port22548480 file: /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/data/<SW NAME>/port22548480.rrd /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/san.pl:2461"

Please advice.

Send us logs pls. 
Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form.

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt
gzip -9 logs.tar

do you have these switches configured as a CISCO or BRCD in etc/san-list.cfg?

My bad.. i configured it as a BRCD.
I have changed it to CISCO and now it's working fine, i can see the ports state :-)
