Oracle VM SPARC missing totals values

I installed the LPAR2RRD agent on two Oracle VM SPARC, whose specifics are:

Oracle T4-1

Logical Domain Manager 3.4.0.3.2

Oracle T7-4

Logical Domain Manager 3.5.0.3.3

In the OVM T4 I have all the information of the server and all the metrics are well. In OVM T7 the total values are missing and no information appears on the web page. However, in the ZONE I already have some values.

The LPAR2RRD agents were configured in the same manner in the two LMOs.

Can someone help?
