Data Migration

Hi Pavel.I would like to migrate the stored data of a Virtual appliance 1.10 to a fresh install virtual appliance 2.32.  On old version there is a IBM v3700, on the new version I added another v3700 but I wouldn't lose the data of the first storage. Thank in advanvce.

Hi,

1. configure old storage on a new appliance (use same alias)

2. copy data from old instance to the new one

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/

data/<v3700 storage alias>

Just above directory copy over <v3700 storage alias>

It is basically all. You should see all history on a new appliance

At the end I preferred to upgrade the old version and add the new v3700.
