no data shown in some graphs VNX5200 CX4_120

Hi.
I use latest 2.41 ver on centOS 7.5 with all updates installed.

I know stor2rrd doesn't show metalun data. Instead that it shows something like "error happened check cgi.log"

My problem is that
stor2rrd web-console doesn't show me some graphs for pools and luns which are part of metaluns.

1. For VNX5200 (block) storage it shows everything data ok, except "resp time" for pool and volumes which are part of metalun:

2. For Clariion CX4_120 storage it shows ONLY throughput (data, read, write) for pool and volumes which are part of metalun:

For resources (pool, volumes) that are not part of any metalun everything is ok.
