Looks like your switch has an issue with its resources (CPU/memory).
I just guess, above message it returns to our SNMP queries time to time (therefore are there gaps).
We have never seen such behaviour, even Google did not help.
Check your switch is operating properly.
What about the other switch? It does not have such issue as per logs.

If increasing command time in Crontab, would that help?

Exmaple: load_sanperf.sh

it is worth to try, increase it in crontab to 10 minutes
