Hello Pavel and team,

we have a lot of HMCs which are working all fine with lpar2rrd 5.07. However, there is 1 HMC where we get the error-msg above instead of graphs.

What I found out is, that there are no data files (rrm, xrm ...) in the directory tree.
Furthermore, the names of the Managed Systems are long and contains special characters, example: 
RTH-8231-E1C-SN06F72FR_web101
Can that be a problem? if yes, how can we fix it without changing the names?

Or what else can be the problem?

su - lpar2rrd

cd /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd

./bin/sample_rate.sh

do you see 60 for all server in that HMC?

you are right! Utilization recording was not enabled on this HMC.
