Graphs not displayed for SAN switch totals

Hello,

we have attached a BNA server with several dozen switches to stor2rrd. Switch stats work fine, but totals are not displayed. Cgi-bin error log shows this:

Send us logs pls. 

Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form.

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
ls -l data/*/total_summary.rrs >tmp/SAN_switch_files_list.txt

tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt

gzip -9 logs.tar

Received a solution by e-mail:

"It looks like the initial data collection took a little longer. Now it should be done.

Folow these steps:
cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd
rm tmp/2.3*
./load.sh"

Summary graphs are fine now.
