hosts missing

I'm missing a lot of hosts in stor2rrd. The Volumes of these missing hosts are listed and show traffic. In data/<storage system>/config.html I see the missing hosts and their volumes. I see the missing hosts also in data/<storage system>/HOST/hosts.cfg but not in hosts.col. The missing hosts do not have .rrd files in data/<storage system>/HOST

Is there a way to find out why they are missing ?

what is the product version you use?

stor2rrd is 2.20(free)

The storage systems are Hitachi VSP

ok, VSP-G and hosts data ...

It is the biggest problem there, depends on storage firmware,  storage provides , does not provide or partially provides host data.

Thanks for your answer. We found now our Problem. On the storage system monitoring has to be enabled for each host/WWPN and for some of them it was not. For the ones where it is enabled it works fine.
