no way to exclude lpar.

I do not see reason why to exclude lpars.
What about ACL authorisation usage instead?

now I already know that the directive MANAGED_SYSTEMS_EXCLUDE is for servers only (here it really works), and not for individual LPARs
ok, I'll try custom groups with a binding to users
