Lpar2rrd 4.85 on AIX 7100-04-01-1543 (7.1.4.1)

I have updated Lpar2rrd from 4.84 to 4.85 configured to collect data through an HMC which works fine and an FSM on a Pure Flex which appears to be collecting data normally but displays nothing in Internet Explorer 10.

I have tested the keys between the lpar2rrd ID on my server and the fsm and it connects just fine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreaciated.

Hi,

is that a browser issue only (IE10)? Have you tried another browser?

I have also used Chrome with the same result. Any LPAR that is managed by my HMC I can see fine only the LPAR's managed by the FSM.

The demo displays correctly in both IE10 and Chrome.

When I click on my fsm the graphs only show:
Error happened
Check
- $$LPAR2RRD_Home$$/logs/error/error-cgi.log
- Web server error log.

tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt *.out # do not miss "h" option in tar
gzip -9 logs.tar

Updating the FSM micro code from 1.3.1 to 1.32. was the fix to this problem. I am now able to collect the data from my Pure Flex Power nodes, but the GUI only displays data for 8 of the 11 nodes. Mostly using IE10, but have also tried chrome and Firefox same results.

Any suggestions?
