removing .htaccess files from both /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/www and /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/stor2rrd-cgi should be enough

it's dotfile, it could be hidden. Try this:

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/www
ls .ht*

Can you see it?
