Missing /opt/lpar2rrd-agent/.uuid on REDHAT 5
Hi,
REDHAT 5 does not have the special file '/sys/class/dmi/id/product_uuid' which is used to capture the .uuid file in the rpm post script
The uuid is available through dmidecode (using: dmidecode -s system-uuid)
This results in virtual servers appearing in the unmanaged server list and agent stats not being merged.
I'm now managing this file with puppet but thought I should report it anyway
Many thanks

Hi,
yep, we have just fixed it for someone else.
Use the latest OS agent 5.05-1, it is fixed there. It has been just released, a minute ago
