Installation issues while installing LPAR2RRD agent in IBM i

Hi Team,

We are installing the LPAR2RRD agent in our IBM i LPAR. During installation, we are facing the below mentioned issues, please advice.

1. We have started the LPAR2RRD daemon. While doing the Telnet test , the  screen did not change for more than 2 hours in AS/400. We did not get either " Connection Successful " or " Connection failed " message.

we checked the LPAR2RRD server, LPAR2RRD Daemon is in listening state

2. There are two ways mentioned in the document for starting LPAR2RRD tool. Do we have to follow both of them or one is ok. We followed the second way(adding auto start job in LPAR2RRD subsystem), but did not get the RTV_SYSSTS job.
