OS agent problem on AIX 7.1

i have problem with OS agent with AIX doesn't show data with all that step is right telnet is working RPM installed but it give me this error "Sun Jun 11 08:33:01 2017: agent timed out after : 600 seconds /opt/lpar2rrd-agent/lpar2rrd-agent.pl:278

" on this file /var/tmp/lpar2rrd-agent-lpar2rrd-lpar2rrd.err please advice

what is your product version (lpar2rrd server)?
do you have already some OS agents installed and running? How many if so? Hundreds?
is it still failing? can you check the GUI if you see some data at least?
