Hi,
I have the same.
This seems to be a browser problem, which happens e.g. with Firefox.
It works well with Internet Explorer:
While it does not work with Firefox:
Unfortunately I had no time until now to analyze it further, but maybe it helps you to find the problem.
Cheers, Herbert

It might be browser caching, especially Firefox is sometimes very hard convince to refresh its cache.
BTW nothing related in logs you have sent.
Can you try other browser?
-
I can confirm it is browser related as chrome show me output immediately.
I notice however a problem with tiering.
Configuration
We have tier0 and tier1, but the heatmap of pools and volumes only show up in tier1 :
-
I got it working with firefox when my adblocker is disabled. Seems ublock origin blocks the heatmap.html :
-
Thanks, you are right.
It's strange, because I had disabled ublock origin for this site.
After deinstalling the plugin it worked.
The 2nd strange is, after reinstalling it to research the problem, it also worked now without any change.
So it really might have been some cached setting or value.
-
definitelly caching issue.
-
regarding the heatmap issue.
it might be caused by low traffic on that pool, there is a limit in alering cfg which excludes pool and volumes witch have low traffic.
