CPU Usage graphs

hi all,

can you explain me the difference between physical (red) % and usage (blue) % on the cpu usage graphs ?

here is a lpar example : i set up 1 virtual processor , and 0.8 processing units ,

if i refer to blue i'm ok but with red one i 'm above
