Import stor2rrd data

We have old stor2rrd and wanted to move to newer version and OS version also. Is there a way to import old collected data from storages to XorMon NG or in newer installed stor2rrd

Hi,

no way to migrate perf data from stor2rrd to Xormon NG

you can however collect data simultaneously, then switch off old stor2rrd when you want, when you have enough of hist data in the new tool. https://xormon.com/data-migration.php

Hi, thanks for the fast answer. It would be o.k. for stor2rrd - stor2rrd - data is more than 1 yr old, but 3 to 4 months is o.k.

Thanks for the hint - that was what i was missing - to configure the storage the same name before coping data.

as for Xormon NG - we will register to have collecting new data.
