what is yoru stor2rrd version? If not the last one, then upgrade to 7.80-1, let us know if the issue persists.

About five days ago, we sent you a fix by email.

1. Apply this fix:

ttps://download.stor2rrd.com/patch/7.83-4-5-g5548/storeonceperf.pl.gz

Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin (755, lpar2rrd owner)

-rwxr-xr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 91561 Feb 23 12:49 storeonceperf.pl

If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv storeonceperf.pl.gz storeonceperf.pl

Make sure the filesize is the same as in the example above

2. You should see data within an hour.
