cannot connect XORMON to AD

I put the details below as illustration in the image but can not connect to AD

LDAP setup test result: FAIL

you need to do one of following:

• access LDAPs via one of its DNS names specified in sever certificate
• add EIQSRV1V010 hostname to the server certificate SAN
• use plain LDAP protocol with port 3268
