Connecting QNAP via Q´Center fails with: ERROR: configuration for QNAP NAME:

Hey Guys,

i´m new here and need your help.

i have newly deployed a Q´Center to add our QNAPS to Stor2rrd, everything worked so far until i start the Test, don´t know wich QNAP Name is needet to work as i insert the Q´Center IP Adress and SSH Login credentials,

qnap name : put name of the storage in qcenter, under what name is registered

qcenter: ip/hostname qcenter

thank you, now i am one step further but now i got the error:

SSH data test: NOK

ERROR: cluster_uuid must be set

Its a standalone QNAP and i have no idea where i could set a cluster_uuid

what does mean stand-alone qnap? do you have a qcenter? It does not work directly by query the storage, storage itself does not provide APi with perf data, at least not documented one.

Hi Pavel,

i connected the two QNAPs to the Qcenter and added it like in the documentation mentioned.

Now i got a different error:

SSH authorization: NOK

can you ssh to qcenter and run that cmd manually? what error do you get?

what was the issue? I am trying to do the same thing getting errors about no mongoexport.
