VNX not available

I have problem available, all are available with my VNX, but all stores are not in correct status.

tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt
gzip -9 logs.tar

Hi,

we would need to see the output from the following commands.

ls -l /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/data/*/*vnxbperf* | wc -l

ls -l /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/data/*/*vnxbconf* | wc -l

This issue is most probably caused by the downgrade from 7.40 to 7.30.

it should work till an hour after removing the following files. Let us know.

rm /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/data/*/*vnxbperf*

rm /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/data/*/*vnxbconf*
