IBM Storwize. Many errors: cmd file does not contain data source files...

Hello,

We have a lot of IBM storages monitored by xorux virtual appliance (stor2rrd). It collects data and shows all performance graphs well for all of our storwize with the exception of one.

This storwize shows us only "configuration" and "capacity" and all the other performance graphs show just an error message like: 
cmd file does not contain data source files: /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/tmp/"storage"/POOL-read_io-d.cmd /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/detail-graph-cgi.pl:7477

storage total:
"storage":CAPACITY-TOTAL:cap failed ERROR: don't understand 'virt1' at /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/detail-graph-cgi.pl line 3842. /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/detail-graph-cgi.pl:794

We have deleted the Data files, 're'added storage but nothing helped

config_check.sh shows "connection ok"

So after we encountered a collection problem on storr2rrd  for that storwize we had to add it to our TPC and it collects performance well. They use both the same performance statistic frequency = 5 min

Xorux applications family support says that on the storage parameter "performance statistic frequency" was set to 1 minute. We have changed it to 5 min and stor2rrd now works well.
