Health Status not updating for Hitachi G1000
On a VSP-G1000, the status is not updating and eventually goes grey. I remove the health summary file from tmp/health_summary. On the main status page (after load.sh) it goes green but on the detailed page it is still stuck from Jul 2, last year.
Not sure how to clear this as it seems to be stuck on the very old date.

Hello,What version of stor2rrd do you have?Thank you
-
My version is 7.10

It seems that SNMP is not working. Can you try the storage connection test?
su -l stor2rrd
cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
./bin/config_check.sh VSP-G1000
Thank you

I am running the config_check.sh now, took about 3-5 mins to come back and I am getting per data.

Hello,
SNMP is not work. Please check it the following:
1. Are the NODE1 IP or NODE2 IP entries filled in correctly (in the configuration of device (stor2rrd))?
2. Try this snmpwalk command:
snmpwalk -v 2c -c public <NODE IP> 1.3.6.1.4.1.116.5.11.4.1.1
3. Is allowed SNMP on storage? Please check it.

Thanks for the assistance Lukas. We disabled and re-enabled the SNMP and all worked nicely after that. Something went loopy with SNMP
