Connection Tests fails: API data test delivers Return call 256

Does anybody have a idea what the RC 256 means?  As Authorization is, I woud assume that uerid and password are ok.


API host network connection: TCP connection to 53.250.90.150:8443 is OK.
Crontab test: OK


API authorization: OK

  storage-system id : 1
  fwVersion         : 08.52.00.01
  status            : optimal

API data test: NOK

Return call 256

what kind of storage is it?

try command oline test:

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd

./bin/config_check.sh <storage name>

Thanks Pavel....I have the problem.....or at least found the solution by accident.

NTP and Local Time was not set on the NetApps E2812 (SAS Disks used via Iscsi). I configured NTP because I dont like if the time is not set and the log time are not ok......and suddenly everything works.

It looks if the timestamp in the http get request differs a lot from local time or is in the future as it was here (sending system is on 9.3.2021, Netapp on 17.1.1970) it does not work.
