FAS2240 8.2.3P6 7-Mode - some core cfg file is missing: config.html || pool.cfg || volumes.cfg

I upgraded our virtual appliance from 1.24 to 1.31 and added our 2 netapp filers.
Filer B was added just fine, but filer A has problems.

Thu Aug 25 16:16:34 2016: Exiting zvw-fil-1a as some core cfg file is missing: config.html || pool.cfg || volumes.cfg

pool.cfg is missing, only pool.cfg-tmp exists and is empty.
in config.html the Pool Level Configuration is also empty.
volume.cfg is filled with the correct uuids.

I already deleted the whole folder zvw-fil-1a from data folder. Same again.

Hello Mario,

we need some perf data:

su - stor2rrd
cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd
echo "export KEEP_OUT_FILES=1" >>  etc/.magic

Let it work for 30minutes.
Then there should be files like:
ls -l data/<storage name>/*perf*

Send us 1 *perf* file from zvw-fil-1a, email of https://upload.stor2rrd.com

remove etc/.magic afterwards
rm etc/.magic

You can send us this file too, it would be very helpful:
data/zvw-fil-1a/zvw-fil-1a.cache.file

Hi, came across with same problem. Version stor2rrd-1.31-1. 
Do you want some perf data as well?

Hello,

please get the attached file and gunzip it to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin
-rwxr-xr-x  1 1006     1006       77854 Sep  8 07:54 naperf.pl

then wait for some time (15 minutes is enough) and run
load.sh html 
in /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd

Try to refresh your browser and check your Netapp again
