pure flash blade incorrect unhealthy status

Health state dashboard show pure flashblades as unhealthy,   even though their own interface shows completely healthy.

There are some blades in "unclaimed" state, which is not an issue or error.

Please send us current logs and IOSTATS files for the affected storage.

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir

tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt data/<STORAGE ALIAS>/IOSTATS/*

gzip -9 logs.tar

Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com

Here is the fix:

https://download.stor2rrd.com/patch/7.00-3-1-gd688/purebladeperf.pl.gz

Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin (755, stor2rrd owner)

-rwxr-xr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 53789 Oct 21 14:38 purebladeperf.pl

If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv purebladeperf.pl.gz purebladeperf.pl

Assure that file size is the same as on above example

after copy script to bin directory

wait about 10 minutes, then

refresh GUI
