Hi Pavel
Uploaded
Also noticed another error, on STOR2RRD 2.81, maybe its only on our system... The Export to csv in Capacity is generating an error csv file, yet its fine in Capacity Pool -
Hi Roy,
use this file as a fix:Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin (755, stor2rrd owner)-rwxr-xr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 218996 Oct 13 15:23 vmaxperf_v8.plIf your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv vmaxperf_v8.pl.gz vmaxperf_v8.plAssure that file size is the same as on above example
Let it work about 1-2 hours after deploying that file. Pls let us know if that helped. -
Hi Roy,
regarding second issue. Can you send us the error message from that csv file? -
The error inside the csv file
X-XoruX-Error: QUxMOkFMTDpjYXBfdG90YWwgZmFpbGVkIEVSUk9SOiBpbnZhbGlkIHJwbiBleHByZXNzaW9uIGluOiB0b3QwLDAsKyBhdCAvc3RvcjJycmQvc3RvcjJycmQvYmluL2RldGFpbC1ncmFwaC1jZ2kucGwgbGluZSA5OTI4LgogL3N0b3IycnJkL3N0b3IycnJkL2Jpbi9kZXRhaWwtZ3JhcGgtY2dpLnBsOjc2NA== -
Replaced the vmaxperf file, didnt fix the Capacity pool but now I have all zeros in Capacity for PMAX/VMAX
-
Hi Roy,
you have to wait at least one hour after deploying that file. Your stor2rrd did not collect data from your VMAX/PMAX devices. -
Thank you
The Capacity Pool issue is fixed -
Hi Roy,
ok, thanks for confirmation. What about second issue? -
Still getting the error in the csv file
Howdy, Stranger!
