lpar2rrd proxmox: no menu refresh after adding another node

after adding another single host to lpar2rrd (besides the cluster already added), the in the lpar2rrd menu, it didn't show up, though i could see vm data from that host in VM Top view.

i waited for quite a while and nothing happened.

to make it appear, i needed to open shell in docker container and issue "load.sh html", after that the node did show up in the menu

i added another host and it behaved the same. i waited for another our , but it won't appear. did another load.sh html and it was fixed
