OS agent stats issue

Hi, I am using xormon 2.3.21 and xormon-agent-1.0.3-1.

I have 4 physical servers, the same HW, OS and workload. They are pretty idle. Only one of them shows stats properly, other have "empty spots" in charts. Agent service is running:

[root@xxx log]# systemctl status xormon-agent.service

I dont see anything usefull in logs:

CPU OS stats:

CPU OS % is empty (and other stats).

Could you please help?

Comments

  • Other two servers have more random empty spots. :

    CPU OS% have similar chart.

    4th server is completely fine.

  • Hello,

could you please send us whole log files of the agents? And also genereate log files from the xormon instance?

XorMon UI --> Settings --> Help --> Logs --> Support Log --> Export All Logs: follow the form

Send us generated files via https://upload.xormon.com

  • Logs are sent
