LPAR2RRD Graphs Show Incorrect Timezone

Hello,

Our LPAR2RRD installation is showing timestamps on the rrdtool graphs in what looks like UTC instead of EDT where we are located in. I checked the timezone setting on the LPAR and all of the HMC's, and they are all set to EDT. I'm not sure where else to look to set the correct timezone, any help would be appreciated. This is LPAR2RRD version 7.70 on an AIX 7.3 LPAR. We are moving over to XorMon soon, but are trying to get this fixed until then.
