Is port 51101 critical for VSP G200?

Hi,
I have 7 Hitachi VSP G200 arrays of version 83-05-39/00.
All of them report port 51101 unavailable,

TCP connection to x.x.x.x:51101 has failed! Open it on the firewall. (Warning)

I checked at SVP, nobody listens to the port, so the firewall has nothing to do with that.
Is it vitally important to have port 51101 alive?
If so, how to bring it open?
