hmc_rest_api.pl Undefined subroutine &main::isdigit

Not sure if this was already reported but in ver 6.02-40 of lpar2rrd the isdigit() function is not defined in hmc_rest_api.pl script.

It is called when the Enterprise pools are present and causes a syntax error and no updates are fetched via REST.  I copied  definition of this function from one of the several other .pl scripts  to fix the error

    thanks for reporting this issue. We already fixed this issue in later version so it won't be problem in future release.
