There is no performance data from one of the two NetApp storage

Hi,

I have configured two NetApp storage in stor2rrd. One of them seems good (NetApp Release 8.3.1P2), but in the other one I can't see the performance data (NetApp Release 9.5P3). Some configuration data is also not visible (for example teh nodes or ports). I think I configured the two storages in the same way.

What could be the problem?

    Note a short problem description in the text field of the upload form.

    cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir
    tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt
    gzip -9 logs.tar

    Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com

    Hi,

    use this as a fix, it is a know issue, 9.5 have little different API syntax


    -rwxrwxr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 103416 Mar 27 12:31 bin/naperf.pl
    Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin (755, stor2rrd owner)

    If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv naperf.pl.gz naperf.pl
    Assure that file size is the same as on above example

    waith 30 minutes, you shoudl see data then.

    Thank you Pavel. It is much better now. I see some errors on the graphs, but I will check it in the begining of the next week.
