HPE StoreOnce5200 - ERROR: Login to API failed

We have trouble monitoring our new StoreOnce5200. We have an 4430 and one 5100 and they are working fine but when we try to connect to the 5200 we are getting this.

The REST API for software version 4.1.x and newer is not compatible with REST API for software version 3.x or older. That's why it doesn't work for you (Our product uses StoreOnce REST API version 3.x or older to get all necessary data.). We will develop data retrieval from StoreOnce REST API version 4.1.x and newer.

My error is similar to that in this thread so I suppose that it's the same REST API issue.
I can't see in release notes that it was implemented. Do you have any workarounds?
