stor2rrd 2.41 free and trap send

Hi expert

I set up alerting to receive email and trap when some limits are over

The mail arrives correct

So I can see in the subject:

STOR2RRD alert: DS8870_iOSA:IOSAo_8708: VOLUME: metric:response time, actual value: 50.73 ms (Limit 50)

and in the email text

STOR2RRD alert
 Time: 15:45:01 14/01/2019
 Storage: DS8870_iOSA
 VOLUME: IOSAo_8708
 Metric: response time
 Average response time during last 10mins: 50.73 ms
 Limit: 50

In this way I can see the storage Name and the volume Name

In the received snmp trap I see

I loose the Volume Name

in the snmptt.con I set up (from your xorus file)

Why I Can't see the volume name ?

Hi,

it is a bug, just fixed it, let me know ...

http://www.stor2rrd.com/download-static/AlertStor2rrd.pm.gz

Gunzip it and copy to /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd/bin (755, stor2rrd owner)

-rwxrwxr-x 1 stor2rrd stor2rrd 121854 Jan 14 17:05 bin/AlertStor2rrd.pm

If your web browser gunzips it automatically then just rename it: mv AlertStor2rrd.pm.gz AlertStor2rrd.pm

Assure that file size is same as above listed one
