error with add XIO

dears,
i find below error when try to add XIO box, please help.

TCP connection to "10.1.1.5" on port "443" is ok

Mon Jul 16 11:15:51 2018: STORAGE_NAME not defined! : 

  connection failed!!

as per manuall, on the first possition in config line (etc/storage-list.cfg) shoudl be your XtremIO cluster name:

xtremio-XIO-01-alias01:XTREMIO:XIO-01:192.168.1.1:443:stor2rrd:KT4mXVI9N0BUPjZdVQo=

sorry, the first one is your alias, cluster name must be on the 3rd possition (XIO-01 in above example)

it's already defined with that way but still have the same error.

the logs uploaded now, i gust need to mention that some times collect data and some times not collecting.
