Issue with Alert Creation

HI,

I'm using the virtual appliance v2.10 with EMC/Brocade DS6510 switches.
i've created a custom groups for my brocades, when i'm going to Alerting->Configuration->Add new alerts->Custom groups and clicking the custom groups dropdown menu it appears that the menu is empty.

what could be the cause?how can i debug it?

Hi,

alerting per custom group is posible (implemented) only for storage VOLUME based custom groups.
It is not implemented for SAN PORTs.
