The connexion to cdot 9.3 is not available on http, only https.

On error log, you can see :

ERROR Fri Apr 20 13:10:03 2018 naperf.pl: Request error: HTTP::Response=HASH(0x203bee0)->status_line
Protocol scheme 'https' is not supported        ...propagated at /home/lpar2rrd/stor2rrd/bin/naperf.pl line 1912.

To resolve this issue, install the perl module to support https connection :
yum install perl-LWP-Protocol-https
