Error getting performance data from VMAX = "Time for update is not correct!"

Hi, I'm trying to collect performance data from 4 VMAX storages but only in one of them I can't receive anything. I got a lot of messages in the log file:

I already recreated the configuration file but the problem persists...Any idea?

can you send us logs?

cd /home/stor2rrd/stor2rrd # or where is your STOR2RRD working dir

ps -ef |egrep "2rrd" > tmp/ps_log.txt

tar cvhf logs.tar logs etc tmp/*txt

gzip -9 logs.tar
