Missed VM MEM data

Hi all,
I'm running Vmware LPAR2RRD appliance version 4.92.
All works fine execpt the graphs on VM MEM that appears to not show any data (all counter are fix to 0).
There is a solution for this?

thanks for reply.
Change statistic level from 1 to 2 seems to resolve the issue.
I wait for a day for a complete test.
