NaN data in heatmap and LPM graph for single LPAR after mobility

I've been chasing down this issue for a while now. We performed a bunch of mobility activities (100s), but only a single LPAR is showing NaN data in the Heatmap, and has no updates to the LPM graph after migration. OS agent data is find, CPU graph is fine (so it is collecting data from the HMC) just the LPM graph and heatmap. Checked all the usual suspects (network access, time sync, etc...) but nada. Interestingly, this is the only LPAR using dedicated cores (always has). All the historical stuff is there, but nothing new since the migration. Ideas?
