N/A volumes info dg/dm series

Hi,

Can anybody help me, trying to get working stor2rrd with lenovo storages dm/dg series, but both only show N/A on configuration > volumes page, instead of size, host mapping and wwn.

Other storages working well..

Using lenovo rest api method as ontap version is > 9.13

send us a screenshot with the problem visible (via the upload form) and logs

under stor2rrd user (use lpar2rrd user on our virtual appliance)

cd `cat ~/.stor2rrd_home`

tar cvhf logs.tar logs tmp/*txt

gzip -9 logs.tar

Send us logs.tar.gz via https://upload.stor2rrd.com

You might even attach screenshots when it helps in understanding of the issue.

Uploading logs is pretty tricky due to our security policies and analyzing their contents will take quite a while. If there’s any chance to grep just the relevant lines or errors, it’d be much easier... =(
