Feature request - VM TOP - Data usage - shorter report period

Is it possible to refresh the VM TOP more regularly and have the option to show the top items for the past hour or even less(last data fetch cycle)?

Or add VM Data usage (MB/sec) in the Heat Map next to CPU and Memory?

When troubleshooting storage performance issues that are due to storage overload(leading to high latency) it will be great if one could quickly check how much data (MB/sec) each VM is/was using recently.

For example Veeam One has 'Top objects' which is refreshed every 15mins and you have the option to select the reporting parameter and you get a list of VMs. For example show for the past 15 mins the top 5 VMs by Datastore Usage, Datastore latency, Network usage, etc..

It is extremely useful in troubleshooting dynamic environment where utilization/performance changes much quicker.

    VM TOP: We will definitely implement something like that in the next release XorMon NG 1.9 (May/June 2025), we even let users select VMs (or use custom groups for VM selection for example) to make custom VM Tops


    heatmap: data usage throughput make no sense, how to select colors automatically? for high-end storage with thousands of disk vrs low-end with couple of disks

    I also have issues with the auto regeneration. The VM TOP was only generated once on a new deployment.

    Could you please advise how to restore at least the daily generation:

    Note that this page is refreshed once a day after midnight.Failed to find last update, last refresh happened more than 48 hours ago

    try updating to this new version: https://download.xormon.com/ng/xormon-ng-1.8.5.tar.gz,

    After upgrading, either wait until midnight for TOPS to reload, or manually reload them via UI --> Settings --> Application --> Advanced Tab (Job Debugging section). Allow a minute for generation and then verify

    meanwhile I did update to 1.8.4 and the TOPs reappeared.

    I've also installed 1.8.5 and I'll monitor it.
