VMware collection stop working

Since v1.7.0, the VMware Collection stop working randomly. The restart of server Xormon-NG solve the issue temporarily

 UI --> settings --> Logs --> support logs: follow the form

Send us generated file via https://upload.xormon.com

Note a reference pls.
